Our R&D team have significant experience of making claims under the existing rules. We have recently delivered over £23 million of tax relief for Scottish companies - none of our claims have been rejected by HMRC.

We are working with HMRC to ensure that Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) are able to take full advantage of the reduced rates of corporation tax on profits from patented inventions or processes, applicable from 1 April 2013.
